		Welcome. This game starts at 19:00 CEST, 13:00 EDT.
		Coming up is the last game of the Breclav Group, Czech Republic vs Sweden. There's a lot at stake this game. The Swedes need to win, either in regulation or in overtime/shootout, to advance. The fate of Canada and Switzerland also hang in the balance of the outcome of this game.
		The teams are now on the ice. Czech Republic is wearing primarily white uniforms with blue and red trim, blue pants and red helmets. Sweden is wearing primarily blue uniforms with yellow trim, blue pants and helmets. The national anthems are next.

		Vitek Vanecek starts in goal for the Czechs--he's played all but 14 minutes of this tournament. Linus Soderstrom gets the start for Sweden--he entered in relief of the injured Jesper Eriksson in the 3rd period yesterday. Adam Werner flew in from Sweden this morning and is Sweden's backup goalie.
		The national anthems of Sweden and the Czech Republic have been played and the opening faceoff is moments away.

	18:30	Offside Czech Republic. They had possession in the Swedish zone but the defenceman couldn't hold it in at the line.
	18:10	Pressure from the Swedes, Andreas England with a shot from the point, save Vanecek and the puck is cleared.
	17:05	Back in the Czech zone, Dmytro Timoshov with a shot from the slot, pad save Vanecek.
	16:43	Now the puck goes out of play in the Czech zone, faceoff inside.
	16:40	The Czechs come back the other way and Pavel Zacha takes a hard wrister from the slot that Soderstrom gloves. Zacha is part of the draft class of 2015 and has looked impressive for the Czechs so far this tournament.
	15:30	Gustav Forsling with a shot from the point for Sweden, pad save Vanecek.
	15:13	Swedes keep the pressure up and Vanecek makes another save, which gets a cheer from the crowd.
	14:10	A blind pass in the Swedish zone gives William Nylander Altelius a breakaway over about 3/4 of the rink. He went to his backhand and had Vanecek beaten but hit the post! The goal judge even put the light on but that wasn't a goal--play continues.
	13:10	Timashov with a shot blocked for Sweden, then it goes to Kovacs in front but he misfires and Vanecek stops and holds on.
	08:38	Icing Czech Republic. Sorry for the confusing times listed to this point. I had the settings wrong and the time remaining in the period was listed instead of the time elapsed. My fault--I hope nobody's confused.
	08:58	Swedish defenceman Rasmus Andersson is hit hard into the end boards and he's shaken up. No penalty called on the play. He's getting up and seems to be OK.
	10:12	Giveaway in the Czech zone, a gift for David Pastrnak in the slot. He turns and fires a slapper that's kicked out by Soderstrom.
	10:50	Now the Swedes come back the other way and get a chance but Vanecek again comes up big--he's largely the reason the Czechs still have a chance to make the semis.

	11:30	Czech rush, high wrister by Radek Vesely and a shoulder save by Soderstrom.
	12:44	Another turnover in the Swedish zone--there have been several in the game so far, but the Czechs don't get a shot from it and they are eventually called for icing.

	15:50	Goal for Team Czech Republic! Long stretch pass to DAVID PASTRNAK at the far blue line, he dekes to his forehand and scores to open the scoring. Assist: Filip Pyrochta.
	16:33	Czech captain Dominik Masin is getting this game's first penalty for a trip in the neutral zone. Sweden to the power play.

	17:46	Scramble around the Czech crease, first Kempe shot then Johansson, but Vanecek keeps it out. Johansson slams his stick on the ice. :47 left in the power play.
	18:05	Another shot from Kemp on the point on this power play through traffic, but Vanecek gloves it. :28 left in the penalty.
	18:14	Rasmus Anderson with a long wrister from the point, pad save Vanecek, then the puck is cleared.
	18:40	Czechs back at full strength and they break out of the zone.
	19:21	Swedes enter the zone and Timashov fires a high wrister that Vanecek gloves.
	20:00	1st period finished.
		A chance for the Czechs just before the horn, Pavel Zacha got a break and tried to go top shelf but Linus Soderstrom got a shoulder on it to knock it away. It would have counted if it had gone in.
		The Czech Republic need to win this game by a few goals and they are up one now and had other chances. They're also giving up chances, but they have to play a high-risk game in this situation--fortunately they're getting solid goaltending from Vitek Vanecek. The Swedes showed their talent at times but lacked intensity for much of that period--they started coming on stronger later, particularly on that power play. They need to win this game and are in a hole now. 2nd period begins at 19:44 CEST, 13:44 EDT.

	22:30	After some Swedish pressure, the Czechs ice the puck.
	22:30	Timeout Sweden. The Swedes are in a tight spot now, and they need to right their ship in a hurry if they want to advance.
	22:40	Action right off the draw, Forsling from the point, pad save Vanecek and a scramble but it doesn't go in, finally cleared . . .

	28:49	Axel Holmstrom with the wrist shot on the rush, hits Vanecek in the chest and he hangs on.

	30:01	Shot from the point by William Lagesson changes direction through traffic but Vitek Vanecek is on top of it and makes the glove save.
	31:19	Sweden's Dmytro Timashov takes a slashing penalty in the attacking zone. The Czech power play struck quickly last time and they go back to it.
	31:46	Zacha the shot from the point, stopped and a mad scramble ensued, finally the puck is cleared.

	34:59	After a lengthy delay with the goalie out, Pavel Pycha goes off for high sticking. Sweden to the power play.
	35:30	Swedes trying to set up for the big bomb from the point by Rasmus Andersson but the Czech penalty killers won't give him space.

	37:10	Adrian Kempe feeds Oskar Lindbolm at the far post and he tips it just wide of the post. Kempe already had his arms in the air!

	38:55	A Czech shot from the point went off the glass then landed on the back of the net, was knocked off, and finally covered by Soderstrom in the crease.
	39:22	Gustav Franzen with the shot, glove save Vanecek. Franzen complains he was hooked on the play, to no avail.
	39:43	Goal for Team Czech Republic! Kovarcik centered in front to Vesely, and Linus Soderstrom initally made a nice save, but MILAN SVARC got his stick on the puck in the crease and knocked it across the line for the 3rd Czech goal. Assists: Radek Veselý, Michal Kovařčík.

		Well, if the 3-goal margin of victory holds up, the Czech Republic will be on to the semifinals. The Swedes have to be shaking their heads--they seem to be squeezing their sticks much like they did in the first game vs Switzerland. They're in a huge hole now and need a big third period if they want to advance. 3rd period begins at 20:31 CEST, 14:31 EDT.

	18:30	The Czechs are going for more. The line of Pastrnak-Vrana-Vopelka swarms, gets a few shots with Vopelka's especially dangerous, Soderstrom had to be sharp.

	15:04	Svarc with a shoot in, caught and held by Soderstrom.
	14:51	Swedish shoot-in goes out of play, faceoff outside.
	46:11	Vanecek covers the puck again, and players exchange words after the whistle.
	46:16	Swedes win the draw and the puck is deflected out of play. After a discussion, the faceoff is outside, though the Swedes don't like the decision.
	46:32	Offside Sweden.
	47:22	Rasmus Andersson breaks a Czech stick with a slash, he'll go off for 2 minutes of less.
	48:10	Shot from the point by Pyrochta, glove save Soderstrom. 1:12 left in the penalty.
	48:45	Sweden nearly scores a shorthanded goal, Axel Holmstrom is in alone and appears to have Vanecek beaten but puts it wide--not sure if Vanecek got a piece of it.

	50:13	Nylander with a couple of chances, stopped once, shoots wide the next time.
	50:40	Pavel Jenys with a big clear, Swedes start back.
	51:20	The penalty is killed and play is stopped. Jiri Cernoch blocked a shot on that kill and was hurt but kept at it though he was in obvious pain. He collapsed on the ice when the whistle went and was helped off to a huge ovation.
	51:55	Goal for Team Sweden! A bit of life for Sweden. Timashov centered in front to OSKAR LINDBLOM, who had all the time in the world to pick the corner. Swedes are on teh board but they need more. Assist: Dmytro Timashov.

	53:07	Andersson shoots from the slot but it's blocked and deflects out of play. Faceoff in the Czech zone.
	53:11	Off the draw, Vaclav Karabacek dumps a Swede and gets called for tripping. The Swedes want to build on their momentum here.
	53:53	Goal for Team Sweden! They're coming alive now and the Czechs seem to be fatiguing. A beautiful shot by WILLIAM NYLANDER ALTELIUS brings the Swedes to within a goal on the power play, and it looks like we're in for quite a finish.
	54:44	Now the Czechs threaten and Gustav Forslund is called for holding. If nothing else, the Czechs want to use this advantage to curb the Swedish momentum.
	55:38	The Swedes almost score shorthanded, Franzen to Kempe but a huge save by Vanecek!
	55:51	And on the counterattack, Adrian Kempe takes a tripping penalty on the backcheck. 5 on 3.
