Thank you for follwing the game with us! More games are being played and covered by us tonight! (18:26:28)

A strong overtime and the following game winner give CSKA Moscow not only a 2-1 win in Minsk and their first two points of the young season but also a little room too breathe after the debacle in Zagreb (1-7) on Friday.

For Minsk there was more possible in this game but in the end they can be happy about their first point and this against one of the top teams in the West!

    Game over.

    62:52
    Goal for CSKA!

The guests decide the game in overtime and win the extra point! GREGORY MISHARIN received a perfect pass from the blue line and his shot from the left circle – with nobody immidiately attack him – found its way into the right bottom corner past Lalande for the 2-1!

    61:49
Next good opportunity for the guests when Lalande allowed a rebound after a shot from the right circle by Zharkov! In the end he was able to cover the puck up though.

    61:32
2-on-3 counter by CSKA, Alexander Radulov dekes out a defender in a beautiful way but then is stopped by Lalande from short distance!

    60:49
The guests are back at full strength.

    60:39
Zbynek Irgl has the big opporunity for Dinamo with a shot from the slot but the puck is blocked by the CSKA defense!

    60:01
    Overtime began.

Dinamo Minsk and CSKA Moscow both secured one point already. Now they can get the extra point in overtime or if no goal is scored, in a subsequent shootout.

    Shots on goal: Dinamo 4 (20) – CSKA 6 (25)

    60:00
    3rd period finished.

    58:49
Timeout by Dinamo who try to use the late power play for the game winner!

    58:49
Georgy Misharin (CSKA) gets two minutes for interference.

    58:00
Two minutes left to play and the home fans try to push their team for a great finish with loud support.

    56:10
A Dinamo rush ends with an offside call against them.

    53:59
A shot from the right wing at height of the blue line goes just wide past the Dinamo net. The puck was almost deflected just in front of Lalande.

    52:30
In the last minutes never more than 2 players tried it with an attack into the opponents zone in fear of a counter attack. I am pretty sure both teams would rather take one point than risking all of them in the battle for a win in regulation.

    51:00
The game lost a lot of its energy from the second period. After their unsuccessful season openers both teams seem to fear a mistake and thus a complete disaster in form of a 0-point weekend.

    49:07
A rush by Dinamo over the right wing but the following no look shot is blocked by the CSKA defense.

    48:09
Easy pad save for Stana after a shot from the left circle.
