    That's the final buzzer, and it couldn't have come any sooner for Spartak! Dynamo thrash their cross city rivals 6-0, in a contest that was finished off in the first period. Despite having the better of the opening stages Spartak then conceded three goals from Alexander Ryazantsev, Yury Babenko and Denis Mosalyov. Maxim Pestushko then added a fourth in the second period before Konstantin Glazachev and Konstantin Volkov finished off the job, in a simply perfect match for the visitors.
