    ANNA MARIA BEITER-SCHWARZLER hit the crossbar on her first attempt, but this time she waited for Budajova to go down and went upstairs under the bar for the game-winning goal.

    It took them just 36 seconds to score on the power play. Mikeskova and Lalikova pass back and forth and its MIRIAM MIKESKOVA who finishes it off to give Slovakia a 2-goal lead.

    Altmann shot the puck from the point and it was deflected in front by ANNA MARIA BEITER-SCHWARZLER as she was knocked to the ice. Budajova made the pad save, but from the ice Beiter-Schwarzler got her stick on the puck and knocked it into the net. Great second effort.
