    Three goals in the final period decided the outcome of the game. While first 40 minutes were pretty even, US team dominated in the third period and earns their first win of the tournament.

    US will face Finland tomorrow and battle for the semifinal berth, while Russia is virtually out of semifinal contention, unless an unlikely set of results in the upcoming games. (17:35:01)
