That's it. TPS win 2-1 after a good effort in third period. Pardubice fought so hard but are, again, left with no prize. Both goalies were great. (17:28:28)

    60:00
    Game over.

    59:33
    Timeout for Pardubice.

    59:00
    Empty net for Pardubice!

    58:45
Could it be another bitter 2-1-loss for Pardubice?

    57:53
    Goal for Turku!
With just over two minutes remaining TPS score on PP. RADEK SMOLENAK standing in front of Kristan and refelcts Steven Seigo's shot to goal. The second assist to Simon Gysbers. Assisted by: Steven Seigo and Simon Gysbers.

TPS Turku – HC Pardubice 2:1

    56:57
Petr Caslava, captain of Pardubice, takes a stupid penalty for tripping when just three minutes remain. The look on his face after it said it all. Immediately regretted it...

    56:00
Four minutes remaining, score still 1-1. Will we see an overtime tonight?

    52:30
Tomas Marcinko with a great chance but it takes too long for him to make the shot!

    52:00
Marko Virtala of TPS gets a penalty following the scoring chance. For charging.

    52:00
Radoslav Tybor wit a nice effort but Lassila with a game-saver!

    50:01
Misconduct penalties for both Jiri Cetkovsky and Ilkka Pikkarainen.

    50:01
Another fight in front of the Pardubice net and again Ilkka Pikkarainen started it. That man loves the physical side of this game.

    48:00
12 minutes remaining and both are playing on full strength.

    47:39
Radek Smolenak, who is famous for often scoring from right in front of the net, tries to do it once again but Pardubice players don't like it.

    45:55
Another penalty for Pardubice. Tomas Kaut trips Tadas Kumeliauskas and gets two minutes.

    43:45
    Goal for Turku!
RYAN LASCH scores! He's standing right in front of the net but Kristan and Pardubice players can't stop him from scoring as he gets a perfect assist from Tero Koskiranta. Other assist for Petteri Nummelin. Assisted by: Tero Koskiranta and Petteri Nummelin.

TPS Turku – HC Pardubice 1:1

    42:41
Seems like Pardubice have a rather pleasant problem: Kristan has been great today, the other goalie Halasz was great on Friday.

    42:28
Nothing comes of that PP and teams are playing at full strength.

    40:24
TPS Jakub Nakladal two minutes for boarding. Pardubice Cramo Top Scorer Radoslav Tybor looks a but shaken up after it and has a bag of ice on his neck but looks like he's fine.

    40:01
    Start of 3rd period.

Saves in second: Lassila 5, Kristan 17. SOG in second: TPS 17, Pardubice 5. 12 penalty minutes for Pardubice.

Great hockey here in Turku. Both teams had their chances in second but both goalies were great. Anything can happen in third, but TPS need to think of a way to get the puck past Kristan.

After two periods the visiting team still leads 1-0. Third period starts at 16:49 CET.

    40:00
    2nd period finished.

    38:42
Another Pardubice penalty over. TPS really should have managed to score on all these PP's...

    37:52
Litlle more than two minutes remaining of the second period.

    37:20
One of the Pardubice players broke his stick but they still manage to clear the puck!

    37:03
TPS trying to force the puck past Kristan but the only thing that happens is that the goalie loses his helmet.

    36:41
Again, Pardubice? Jan Kolar trips Koskiranta and another two minutes it is.

    36:00
What a tremendous effort by Pardubice, clearing all those penalties.

    35:31
    Penalty is over!

    34:35
And the refs are right because the puck never crossed the line. So close, yet so far.

    34:35
Fourth player on ice for Pardubice and TPS players think they scores – but refs disagree.

    33:29
Oh no! Bolzano Tomas Zohorna puts the puck over the glass and gets two minutes for delaying the team. Exactly one minute remaining of the previous penalty.

    32:30
Pardubice get yet another penalty. 5-3 for 52 seconds (if there's no goal). Vaclav Benak takes this one.

    31:22
Nope. Two minutes for tripping for Pardubice Ales Pisa.

    29:52
Both teams are playing at full strength. Let's see if we will get another penalty soon...

    28:50
Oh wow, what scoring chances for everyone in the Pikkarainen – Tukonen – Lucenius line on PP. Kristan is having none of it though and Pardubice still have their 1-0-lead.

    27:51
Another penalty coming up. Luckily for the home team, it goes to Pardubice this time. Captain Petr Caslava for holding.

    26:52
    Teams playing at full strength.

    25:34
Lukas Radil with a nice wrist-shot on PP but Lassila saves it. More good scoring chances coming up for Pardubice all the time.

    24:50
Another penalty for TPS. Otto Karvinen this time.

    24:05
Teams are playing at full strength. TPS PP not as convincing as it was on Friday...

    23:48
Ryan Lasch shoots on PP and Kristan has no idea where the puck is. Luckily for him it's under him.

    21:55
Good start to period for Pardubice ends, unfortunately for them, in a penalty for Jiri Cetkovsky.

    20:10
Second period is underway. Let's see what this 20-minutes-of-play will bring.

    20:01
    Start of 2nd period.

    Teams are back on ice!

Saves in first: Lassila 8 – Kristan 9. Shots on goal: 9-9 according to the statistics.

Second period will start at 15:55 CET.

The first period is over and so is Koskiranta's penalty. Great ice hockey here in the first!

    20:00
    1st period finished.

    19:30
If Kristan has had some problems with his rebound control then so has Lassila.

    19:00
One minute remaining of the first period. Pardubice PP still underway.

    17:56
Tero Koskiranta gets a two-minute penalty for hooking that the home crowd is NOT happpy about. Could have gone either way since him and Petr Caslava bumped into each other.

    17:35
The experienced Petteri Nummelin, captain of TPS, shoots from blueline but it's just wide.

    14:46
Still no love between the refs and players. This time it's Tero Koskiranta who has a heated discussion with one of the referees.

    14:12
Another commotion behind the TPS goal! Pardubice try to distract Lassila to score but TPS players, led by Steven Seigo and Ilkka Pikkarainen, give the visiting team a not-so-friendly reminder about how to treat their goalie.

    13:40
Pardubice try to grow their lead to two but are unable to surprise Lassila again. They do manage to start just the smallest of fights though.

    13:22
This means that TPS is no down for the first time in CHL. Will they bounce right back?

    11:39
    Goal for Pardubice!
Pardubice score out of nowhere and Lassila is surprised for the first time! TPS defensemen forget about JAN SEMORAD and he puts the puck in! Assisted by Jan Kolar and Karol Korim. TPS Turku – HC Pardubice 0:1

    10:10
Pardubice playing with great confidence so far. They definitely came here to fight for the big points.

    09:09
Constant minor disagreements between the refs and players of both teams.

    09:05
Both goalies lookin' sharp this far. Still scoreless almost halfway through the first period.

    08:33
Pardubice playing well while short-handed. TPS power play not looking as dangerous (yet?) as on Friday.

    06:50
First penalty of the game coming up. Forward Patrik Poulicek of Pardubice will serve two minutes for clipping.

    04:30
Kristan gives a big rebound on Pikkarainen's shot but Pardubice defensemen take care of the puck.

    03:13
TPS third line showing some nice energy, delivering hits in the offensive zone. They can't get pucks towards Kristan though.

    01:20
Some early chances for both teams but nothing too dangerous.

    00:10
    We are underway!

    00:01
    Game started.

Niclas Lucenius, the Cramo Top Scorer for TPS did not play in the third period of Friday's game but he is back on ice now. Good for TPS.

Teams are on ice! We are just moments away from puck-drop.

Starting goalie of TPS Teemu Lassila had a shutout on Friday. Pardubice players are up for a challenge it they want to defeat him!

The starting goalie Robert Kristan is Slovenia's most famous goalkeeper and he has represented his country in Olympic Games as well as World Championships. He is starting his first season in Pardubice.

Warm-ups are over. TPS are starting with a pretty much identical lineup compared to the one they had on Friday. Pardubice, meanwhile, seem to have made one change: goali Robert Kristan is starting instead of they young Slovak Tomas Halasz who played a great game on Friday.

TPS got an easy win on Friday at home when Bolzano, who had been struggling with getting players, lost 9-0 to the Turku team.

The visiting team Pardubice had a close game in opening round with Swedish Linköping but lost 2-1. Pardubice now needs the points badly, but Turku is not the easiest place to get them.

TPS goalie Teemu Lassila had a shotout against Bolzano and the team is confident after the solid win. Will this give a chance for Pardubice to surprise the Turku team?

    Welcome. Game starts at 15:00.
