Finland is playing great hockey in this tournament. It won first two games against USA 5:1 and Slovakia 4:2 thanks to superb first periods, when scored 7 of 9 goals! "Suomi" also won the game for place against Russia 3:0.
Sweden had difficult start and played really dramatic match against Switzerland, finally won by late goal. Then, Sweden lost against Canada 0:2 and won the key match for semifinals against Czechs 2:0.

Wow, that was the really fast goal in power-play, Sweden got the opener! Brannstrom sent a huge snap-shot from blue line, DAVID DEUTSCH was standing just in front of goalie and changed the direction of puck, which finished in the net!

Unbelievable, Sweden was in lead just for two minutes, Finland scored an equalizer! It was a quite lucky goal, but it´s valid! There was a slow pass to a space in front of goal crease, puck changed direction by skate of JUHA JAASKA and finished into the net!
