Dan Tagnes, head coach of Linköping:

Your spontanous thoughts of the game.
"I think that we started the game really good and played structurized with a lot of good details. In the second period they forechecked extremely hard and we couldn't handle it at all whereby we started to give away the puck and lose structure, but I think we came back huge in the third and manages to win the game.
I think we all can see that it's an early stage of the season where it's difficult to play solid for 60 minutes and we have a lot to work with even though we makes a lot of things that are really good. And after all, we have three straight wins in the CHL, so we're satisfied!"

Were there any specific player that made a bigger impression on you?
"Obviously, Broc Little was really good today. Not only scoring two goals, but created a whole lot of chances besides that. Otherwise, Niclas Bergfors and Emil Sylvegård was good today as well, and even if it's difficult to point any specific player out right now I would say that these three were the ones who stood out a bit today"

    What's coming up next?
"We've had a tough schedule lately, so now we'll have to days off before we start preparing for the game against Gap on Thursday!" (22:35:37)

The feeling was that the third period could've ended in any direction, but Linköping came out as the bigger part with Niklas Persson scoring the game winning goal in empty net.

This results mean that Linköping have won Group K.

Even though it got close in the end, Linköping manage to keep the opponent's apart and take a win with 4-3 (2-1, 0-1, 2-1).

    Game over.

    59:32
    Goal for JYP
But the game ain't over! ROBERT ROOBA makes a great individual effort to score another goal for JYP and they're one goal behind with 28 seconds left to play.

    59:14
    Goal for Linköping!
Eddie Larsson makes a great defensive effort and dump the puck out of the defensive zone whereby NIKLAS PERSSON picks it up and races towards the empty net and puts the puck in.

    58:45
As the faceoff will occur in Linköping's zone, JYP pull their goalie in a last try to tie the game.

    58:45
Antti Suomela of JYP skates from defensive zone to offensive zone to create a good scoring chance, but once again Högberg stands in the way.
    JYP takes a timeout.

    56:34
We'll have a faceoff in Linköping's zone after a good glove save by Högberg.

    56:00
The feeling is that Linköping have control of this game. Vilmos Gallo just got a breakaway, but Tuokkola came out big with an important glove save.
Otherwise, JYP can't seem to get in front of Linköping's net to create scoring chances.

    50:25
JYP are having huge problems creating any scoring chance on this defensively skilled Linköping and the time goes on.

    46:30
Linköping are definitely playing better now than what they did in the 2nd. Can JYP manage to turn this around?

    41:56
    Goal for Linköping!
EMIL SYLVEGÅRD gets to stand all alone in front of Pekka Tuokkola, he gets a pass by Jørgen Karterud and makes a spin-o-rama to put the puck in the net on the backhand, quite a beauty actually. Linköping are back on the lead, then (3-2).
    Assisted by Jørgen Karterud.

    41:00
Anssi Löfman are not far away from giving JYP the lead, but Marcus Högberg makes a great pad save to keep the puck out of the net.

    40:01
    Start of 3rd period.

JYP came out big in the 2nd period, totally destroying Linköping's gameplan in the first half. Thereafter, it's a game which goes back and forth with a couple of chances for both teams where JYP possibly created a few more good ones.

"We're trying to do to much in this period and we have to simplify our game in the 3rd period", Linköping's Emil Sylvegård says to Swedish broadcast SVT during the 2nd intermission.

    Shots: 19-17 (11-8, 8-9)
