Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod is going to host Medvescak Zagreb in Nagorny concert and entertainment complex, Nizhny Novgorod. According to the bookmakers and the ranks we can not predict surely which team will win. Home team is currently sixth on Eastern Conference with 30 points after 19 matches, while visitors has the 8th standing on Western Conference after 20 matches and collocted 29 points.     It seems the Bears are out of their top form reviewing their last matches. They have 4 straight losses (one of them after penalty shots) and their last win was against Donbass already 12 days ago. At that time they beat the Ukranians. Torpedo has better performance on these days, they collected 7 points in their last five matches. Can Torpedo hold the North Americans of Medvescak or will Nizhny Novgorod prevail with their mostly Finnish and Slavonic players?

    It was an interesting period. In the first part of it Torpedo was prevailing and was creating scoring chances one after the other, but could not score. However, when home team's offensive play softened, they could score after a break. The subsequent events was not the nicest moments of the hockey. Glumac's boarding put the players into a passion and the last part of the period was full of with penalties. We are back soon!

    The third period was the best for Medvescak. They were better, than their opponents and equalized deservedly. After the game become tied both teams tried to get the three points, but failed it. In the OT Torpedo scored fast goal and collected two points. Reviewing the whole match this win for home teams is deserved, because they had more opportunities and played better, than Medvescak. After this game, Torpedo is sixth on Eastern Conference (33 points), while Medvescak is also sixth on Western Conference (30 points).
