And that brings the ceremony to a close, and it's a shame that this wonderful tournament expertly hosted by Belarus has come to an end! But Russia have been crowned the 2014 Ice Hockey World Champions after beating Finland 5-2 in an all action final! Sergey Shirokov, Alexander Ovechkin, Evgeniy Malkin, Danis Zaripov and Viktor Tikhonov all got on the scoresheet with Iiro Pakarinen and Olli Palola replying for the Finns. Thanks for following the whole 2014 IIHF World Championship with us, we hope you have enjoyed it just as much as we have! Until next time. (22:48:36)
