		The Slovaks battled hard in the second period to get themselves in this game, but for the most part the Czechs showed themselves to be a superior team. They will probably battle with the USA for top spot in this group, while the Slovaks are probably the 3rd team. There's one more Top Division game today, and it's a Nordic Derby between Sweden and Finland. Of course, we'll have every game of both divisions from Pardubice all week long. (19:31:05)

		A dominant period from the Czechs but they only get 1 goal. It was a big late penalty kill for the Slovaks, as a 3-goal lead would probably be too much for them.

		A good bounce-back period for the Slovaks, who twice scored that period to bring themselves back to within a goal. Early on it looked like the Czechs might run away with this game, but it's 3-2 at halftime. 3rd period begins at 18:49 CEST.

	22:07	Goal for Team Slovakia! Great play by JAKUB RUCKAY. He led the rush, Salficky made the initial save, but on a great second effort he got to the rebound and put it over a fallen Salficky into the roof of the net. Assists: Roman Simunek, Miroslav Preisinger.

		A strong start for the Czech Republic and they score twice in the first 10 minutes. The Slovaks responded with their first bit of pressure after that, but it's 2-0 after 12 minutes.

	11:40	The Slovaks have been looking a little better the past couple of minutes, getting some possession in the Czech end. They don't get a shot this time and Salficky covers the loose puck.

		Czech Republic and Slovakia promises to be a competitive game, as these two teams always get up for games against each other. Historically, the Czechs have been much stronger at inline hockey, having won the gold medal here in Pardubice in 2011. The Czechs, though, have a silver medal and a bronze to their credit, so they're no pushovers.
