    Bolzano did a little bit better in the Champions League. They opened the League by two huge losses 9-0 in Linköping and two days later 5-0 in Turku. But in their home arena it was a different story. First, they beat TPS Turku 4-2 and two days later tightly lost the game 2-1 against Linköping HC. Thus, Bolzano is in the third place in the current standings of Group F.
     
    Pardubice hasn't played in the Champions League according to their wishes and lost all four matches, the first two of them were very close with the same result, 2:1. First, on 22 August in Linköping and then two days later in Turku, against TPS. Their third game was a little bit unlucky for Pardubice, they lost to Linköping 6-3. In their most recent CHL game, Pardubice lost to Turku 3-2 after penalty shots and gained the only point. Today, Pardubice will try to win finally against Bolzano and move up within the current standings of group F because now, they are occupying last place.
