	08:16	After Huovinen's misplay on the blue line, Ryan Hartman had a big chance on a breakaway, but his backhand move is amazingly blockered away by Korpisalo.

	09:31	The U.S. get the first man-advantage of the game, Niklas Tikkinen (FIN) gets a minor penalty for hooking.
	09:51	Hartman fires his close-range one-timer just wide of the net.
	10:12	Big blast by Trouba from the blue line, it hit the glass behind the net, might have been tipped by Korpisalo.
	10:48	Louis tries it from a sharp angle, Korpisalo steers the shot aside.
	11:20	Barber fires it from the right wing off the iron!
	11:48	Finland in full strength, Tikkinen's attempt kicked away by Olson.
	11:56	Olson covers up after another Finnish drive.
	12:37	Pokka was carrying the puck in when the linesmen blew the whistle for an offside call.
	13:01	Americans operate in the attacking zone.
	13:27	The Finns will get their first powerplay, Matt Lane (USA) called for interference.

	14:14	Great job by DiPauli, who deflected a rinkwide pass to the neutral zone.
	14:42	Trouba tried to hit Huovinen really hard on the blue line, the Finnish forward avoided him at the last moment.
	15:05	Finland gets a 22-second long two-man-advantage, Quentin Shore (USA) is called for delaying the game.
	15:16	The Americans manage to clear the puck.
	15:37	Even-strength action coming up, Artturi Lehkonen (FIN) gets two minutes for tripping.
	15:47	Tikkinen hit the brakes really hard in front of Olson, American players do not like that at all.
	16:08	Finns will be back up a man, Ryan Hartman (USA) gets to gate for tripping.
	16:34	Nice attempt by Ristolainen, the Americans are lucky that Barkov didn't collect the rebound in front of the gaping net.
	17:06	Shore's comeback evens strengths up.
	17:28	Compher's centering pass blocked by a Finnish rearguard.
	17:56	Grzelcyk just clears the puck to save some time.
	18:23	Henri Ikonen backhands it upstairs from the doorstep, but Collin Olson makes an incredible glove save!
	19:00	Korpisalo only managed to deflect Hartman's bad-angle shot, Kerdiles could find the back of the net if it didn't go through his legs.
	19:49	Identical chances on both sides, Ristolainen and Jones centered the puck for Lehkonen and Shore, both pass receivers fanned on it to keep the game scoreless.
	20:00	First period finished.
		We've seen a thrilling opening period of tonight's second game, lots of chances on both sides, but both defences and goalies are working great so far.
		The second frame is scheduled to begin at 20:46.
	20:01	Second period began.
	20:36	Pokka dumps it in, the second starts cautiously.
	20:52	After Vatrano's drive, a little altercation between Lindell and Compher broke out, but nothing serious.
	20:58	Korpisalo makes another save as the Americans tried to put it home from a really sharp angle.
	21:18	Clear elbow to the head of Hartman by Mikko Vainonen (FIN) deserves a two-minute penalty.
	21:28	Grzelcyk's shot covered by Korpisalo, Barber slashes him, only the defencemen respond.
	21:48	Finns good at clearing the puck in the last seconds.
	22:00	Bad angle drive by Grzelcyk finds the side of the net.
	22:47	Jones fired the puck from the left circle, Korpisalo blocks it with his glove.
	23:18	Good job on the penalty kill by Finland, they managed to prevent Korpisalo from facing serious opportunities.
	24:17	Trouba's dump-in took a weird bounce off the endboard, Korpisalo reacts the best possible way.
	24:33	Barkov leading a Finnish attack deep into the zone, the puck ends up gloved by Olson.
	24:47	Compher's centering attempt didn't make it through to the doorstep.

	25:19	Sieloff didn't connect with any of his teammates, the refs call another icing.
	25:46	Jones dumped it in, but DiPauli can't get to the puck.

	29:13	Hartman's long one-timer too inaccurate to threaten Korpisalo's net.

	30:09	A suprising three-on-two opportunity for Finland as Kerdiles tried too hard in the offensive zone, Barkov only fires it off a D-man and out of the play.
	30:45	Skjei fires it and Riley Barber is right in front to tip it into the post.
	31:13	Barber didn't really agree with Vainonen's opinion about the hit on Kulmala, refs hurry in to break up this minor altercation.
	31:42	Mustonen's shot from the spot goes off a rearguard and wide.
	32:18	Markkula came in as a trailer and fired it on net, it only hit Olson.
	32:48	Big chance for Juuttinen, he failed to record a shot on goal.

	33:42	Jones was hooked on the way out of his own zone, Aleksander Barkov (FIN) gets the two-minute minor.
	34:27	Hartman's shot unsuccessful, the Finns clear the puck.

	35:57	Barkov made some mess in the American zone, first his shot got stopped by Olson, then his centering pass went all the way back to the neutral zone.

	38:49	Markkula lost the puck after crossing the blue line, counter-attack shot by Darcy blockered aside by Korpisalo.
	39:16	Korpisalo was pretty late getting back into his net, Hartman fires it through the crease into the corner.
	39:47	Three-on-two for Finland broken up by an inaccurate pass.

		Both teams continue posting good defensive performances, but the Americans are more active offensively as they recorded more than twice shots of how many Finns did.
		The third period will start at 21:29.

	40:15	Interference call against Ville Pokka (FIN) and it was ugly as Lane's knee hit Compher's head as he was falling on the ice.
	40:30	Nice shot by Jones through screening O'Regan, Korpisalo blocks it.
	40:54	Goal for Team USA! The Americans capitalize on a man-advantage! NICOLAS KERDILES managed to get the best look at the puck in the crease and tucked it in under Korpisalo. Assisted by Daniel O'Regan and Ryan Hartman.

	42:12	Ristolainen fired it nicely from the right circle, the shot was too high.
	43:04	Goal for Team USA! And the Americans jump to a two-goal lead early in the third. Compher did a great job winning a battle in the corner against Lehtonen, then giving it to MATT LANE, who skated out in front and put it past deked out Korpisalo. Assisted by J.T. Compher and Frank Vatrano.
	43:29	A chance for Kerdiles and Hartman, the puck ends up in the protective net above the glass.
	44:24	Goal for Team USA! This one was rather lucky than skillful as QUENTIN SHORE, brother of two NHL-drafted forwards, uses Lindell as a screen and wristles it past Korpisalo to make it three-nothing stars and stripes. Assisted by Riley Barber and Kyle Osterberg.

	45:52	Another minor altercation as Connor Carrick is lying on the ice, leveled along the boards by Aleksander Barkov (FIN), who gets five minutes and a game misconduct for checking from behind. Huovinen will serve the major penalty.
	46:19	Korpisalo closes his five-hole as Kerdiles was looking for it.
	46:32	Kerdiles told Hartman to one-time it, the puck flies over the crossbar.
	46:41	The Finns are losing it now, Jacob Trouba (USA) gets called for interference and Rasmus Kulmala (FIN) gets two minutes for roughing.

	47:35	Kerdiles' attempt deflected wide of the net.

	48:28	Big shorthanded one-timer by Vainonen, Olson makes a pad save.
	48:35	Goal for Team USA! Powerplay goal for the United States! The Finnish attack resulted in a counter-attack on the other side and CONNOR CARRICK stands as the scorer at the end of it, getting the sweetest revenge available. Assisted by Matt Lane and Daniel O'Regan.
	49:40	The Americans keep on pressing the opponent, but rather move the puck or pass it up instead of shooting it.
	50:29	23-second long two-man-advantage coming up for the U.S., Niklas Tikkinen (FIN) is called for hooking.
	51:02	Joonas Huovinen, fresh off the penalty box gets onto a breakaway and after making a backhand move, he rings it off the heavy metal.
	51:04	William Barber (USA) called for hooking.
	51:40	After Ristolainen's drive, the puck was lying in the crease ready for Lehkonen to score, but an American defenceman managed to clear it away.
	52:07	Olson makes a save, the Finns finally breaking through while playing 4-on-4.
	52:40	Finland in full strength, the Americans clear it away.
	52:57	A crowd of 1,500 is watching this game.
	53:21	Osterberg proved his speed chasing down Shore's clearing attempt and really getting to it before it crossed the line, his bad angle shot is covered by Korpisalo.
	54:36	J.T. Compher (USA) gets a minor penalty for tripping.
	54:50	Pokka lost the puck on the blue line and Lane managed to clear it to the neutral zone.
	55:09	Artturi Lehkonen (FIN) gets his second minor tonight, this time for boarding.
	55:14	O'Regan fires one right after the draw, Korpisalo hangs on to it.
	55:34	O'Regan decided to finish the odd-man rush with a shot, just missed the top corner.
	55:43	Seth Jones sends his one-timer above the glass.
	56:39	Right after Compher left the sin bin, Riley Barber (USA) sits down right there for slashing.
	56:54	Korpisalo wanted to play the puck but hesitated for too long so the officials decided to whistle the play dead.
	57:20	Big long blast by Lehkonen, Olson steers it aside.
	57:51	Pokka makes a big mistake on the blue line giving DiPauli an incredible opportunity to score from a breakaway, but Korpisalo made a really nice save.
