    This contest has been highly-anticipated all season, as the KHL teams from the capitals of the Czech and Slovak republics (both formerly in Czechoslovakia) face each other for the first time. It has been sold out for two weeks.

    The Lev Praha roster includes 6 Slovaks, led by Zdeno Chára, while Czech Michal Vondrka plays for Slovan. As well, the Mikúš brothers Juraj (Lev) and Tomáš (Slovan) play against each other.
