    This is the first game for the Czech Republic and Sweden in this week's Karjala Cup and in the 2012-13 Euro Hockey Tour. It is in Liberec, Czech Republic. Both teams go tomorrow to Turku, Finland to finish the tournament Friday and Saturday.

    The Czech lineup includes NHLers Marek Židlický, Ladislav Šmíd, Tomáš Plekanec and Jiří Tlustý, as well as ex-NHLer and Liberec native-son Petr Nedvěd and 2012 first-round draft pick Tomáš Hertl.
