Deportivo is last in the league with only 12 points in 17 games despite a good start with 6 points in the first four matches. The same amount of points they earned in the following 13 (!) games. On the table Málaga is in the role of a favourite but the head-to-head record promises a positive outcome for La Coruna. In the last four matches they kept Málaga even scoreless and in their last 10 matches at home Deportivo had a 9-1-0 record against the Andalusians.
