    In the last period the Americans proved they had the best team in the tournament. Congratulations to the United States U20 national team on winning the gold medal. They were the better team througout this gold medal game and deservedly win the medal.

    Rocco Grimaldi has had a difficult tournament, he's still waiting for his first goal. He had a huge opportunity but couldn't score. Valeri Nichushkin scored his first in the game against Canada and it was the game winner, maybe Rocco can do that too!

    After the first period we have to be very satisfied by what we had seen. Team USA dominated throughout the period with team Sweden taking the initiative prior to the end. Team USA confirms the best penalty killing, as their penalty kill in this period was fantastic. The game is physical and the tempo is quick, we only miss goals.
