    Vital win for Espanyol Barcelona against guests who did never invest enough to force the equalizer. In the end Espanyol wanted to make their third change but they preffered to let the clock run out. Now both teams - Espanyol and Celta - are levelled with 18 points in the Primera División table. For Espanyol it was the second consecutive win at home and the 5th unbeaten game in the last 6 ties. Celta lost with the minimum score of 0-1 in 4 of their last 5 league matches.
