For both teams it is extremly difficult so far to create any danger at all. Well, they have a lot of time left to change this.

Paulao clears a cross just in front of the Betis area but then he fouled his opponent with a high leg and Valladolid received a free kick that was no danger at all.

The corner landed in the back of the Valladolid offense so that Betis could clear easily. But as Beñat was fouled inside the area, the scene was over anyway.

Most recently Betis were struggling a bit at home against Athletic Bilbao (1-1) and on the road against Rayo Vallecano (0-3) and Atlético Madrid (0-1). For Valladolid the situation was similar away against Levante UD (1-2) and at home against Athletic Bilbao (2-2).

The head-to-head record is clearly in favour of Betis who lost a match against Valladolid for the last time in 2002. At the start of the season Betis gained a 1-0 away win against Valladolid.
