    Even though their playoff hopes were dashed just before they took the ice, Donbass takes 2 points and jumps ahead of Dinamo Minsk to finish 9th in the Western Conference.

    Lev Praha had a chance to finish 6th with a regulation win, but gave up a shorthanded goal halfway through the third period and end up getting one point. They finish 7th and will face CSKA Moscow in the first round.
