    For Betis these three points mean a jump to the 5th spot in the league table with now 43 points. Only the better goal difference keeps Málaga on the 4th position.

    For Osasuna this loss was their second in a row and a huge setback in their fight to avoid relegation!
     
    With the pitch being in a far better condition during the second half a very entertaining match developed with lots of chances on both sides and the necessary will to fight for every ball! Osasuna was slightly better after the half time break and were rewarded with the equalizer by Silva in the 73rd. Just six minutes later though Rubén Castro scored the 2-1 game winner for Betis in a 1-on-1 with the goalkeeper! In the last minute Osasuna's goalscorer Silva was sent off for a foul as last man!
