		The favourites from Kazan restored their lead with another deflected shot in the 48th minute but only 43 seconds later Ufa already tied the match. In the end Nikita Filatov rewarded the guests for their strong performance with the game winner for the 3-2 win that gives Salavat Yulayev a surprising 1-0 lead in this second round series! 	39:23	Suddenly a player of the hosts appeared in front of Tarkki but he missed the net!
	37:36	After a rather harmless shot from the right wing Tarkki allowed a rebound but one of his defenders saved the puck for him!
	36:22	Huge opportunity for the home side! Coming from the right wing Dmitry Obukhov tried to go past Tarkki to the left side but in the last moment the guests' goalie stopped him!

Nobody attacked ANTTI PIHLSTRÖM who received a pass by Kirill Koltsov in a central position in front of the Ak Bars net. He then went on to fire a shot into the right corner for the equalizer! 	19:53	Nice scene by Petrov who deked out two defenders before firing the puck towards the guest net! Easy save though for Tarkki.
	18:47	Dangerous pass by the hosts towards the Ufa net but a defender intercepted the puck!
	17:17	Morozov with a blue line shot for Ak Bars, Zherdev gets the rebound and skates behind the net from where he tired it with a wrap around but Tarkki made a pad save!
	16:19	The guests with another attack but when they play the puck back to the blue line the defender wasn't able to controll it and they had to restart in the neutral zone!
	14:28	Barulin allowed a rebound after a hard shot from the blue line he didn't see due to several players directly in front of him but the defense cleared the situation for him!
	13:49	Back hander by the guests, deflected in front the Ak Bars net and Barulin caught it out of the air like a soccer goalkeeper just before Stefan Ruzicka could get it at the second post!

		Ak Bars Kazan who finnished first in Eastern Conference in the regular season, had a relatively easy task in the first round when they won the best of 7 series in the Tatarstan derby against Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk with a sweep 4 wins to 0. 5th placed Salavat Yulayev Ufa beat 4th placed Metallurg Magnitogorsk with 4-3 wins over the full distance! In this series the two-time Gagarin Cup winners from Kazan are the clear favourites but maybe Ufa can use their chances as outsiders. We'll see soon!
