    Traktor concentrated on defense and used the few chances they had in the last 20 minutes for a double through Nichushkin and Kontiola to win game #2 with a score of 3-0! Avangard - as yesterday - were not able to create any real danger in front of Michael Garnett who earned his second shutout within 24 hours against Avangard.

    This 2-0 lead in this best of-seven series gives Traktor a huge advantage as they have two games on home ice now where they could already make everything clear.
