The hosts never found back into the match after the three goals within four minutes by Betis in the first half. Today's opponents Real Betis are 7th with 44 points and have best chances to reach a European spot this season if not even the Champions League qualification spot which currently is held by Real Sociedad (48 pts).

    The home side Granada had a long negative streak in recent weeks with only two points in six games against FC Barcelona (1-2), Celta de Vigo (1-2), RCD Mallorca (1-2), Real Zaragoza (0-0), Levante UD (1-1) and Athletic Bilbao (0-1). For Betis it was an up and down in the year 2013 with negative results in the last two matches against Valencia CF (0-3) and Getafe CF (0-0).

    In the three matches in Primera División of these two teams in this millenium always the away team won. If this trend continues, we'll see soon!
