GERHARD UNTERLUGGAUER with a powerful blue line shot that goes straight into the left corner for the lucky but not undeserved equalizer for the Austrians! Stana had no time to react as two players – one of each team – stood direclty in front of him.
Assisted by Gregor Baumgartner and Daniel Oberkofler.
Shots on goal: Slovakia 12 – Austria 12
TOMAS SUROVY received the puck three metres in front of Starkbaum with his back towards the net. He then turned around quickly and fired the puck into the right bottom corner! The Austrian goalie looked a bit surprised and wasn't able to avoid the goal against!
Assisted by Michal Sersen and Branko Radivojevic.
