In power play the guests cut the deficit to the half. Niclas Bergfors played a brilliant cross-pass to German forward FELIX SCHÜTZ who watied at the second post and scored from short distance against the already beaten Gaiduchenko!
Assisted by Niclas Bergfors and Richard Gynge.
Just after being back at full strength the hosts increase their lead! ALEXEI KOPEIKIN left the penalty box and joined a 3-on-1 attack in which he received the puck close to the left circle. From there his shot went straight into the right top corner past the chanceless Lundström!
Assisted by Dmitry Kugryshev.
Shorthanded goal for the hosts Sibir!!! After an Admiral player slipped in the neutral zone, the puck came to IGOR IGNATUSHKIN who left Lundström in the Admiral net no chance at all with a flat shot into the right bottom corner!
Assisted by Stepan Sannikov.
Shots on goal: Sibir 21 (32) – Admiral 6 (15)
A fast counter leads to the completely surprising equalizer for guests Admiral Vladivostok! After a team mate hit the crossbar with a shot from the left circle, it was ENVER LISIN who scored when the deflection hit his body! After the video review showed that there was no active motion by him, the goal counts!
With a man more on the ice – the first power play of the middle period – the home side scores the by now well-deserved 1-0 lead! DMITRY KUGRYSHEV ended a rush with a perfekt deke to the left against Admiral goalie Lundström and then fired the puck into the net with a back hander, just below the crossbar!
Assisted by Jarno Koskiranta and Alexei Kopeikin.

While Sibir lost their first match on the road against Metallurg Novokuznetsk (2-3), league newcomers Admiral were able to gain their first win and their first two points of their KHL history by defeating Far East Rivals Amur (4-3 SO) in their league debut.
Sibir with the home support are the favourites this afternoon but Admiral stay the big question mark and thus it's hard to judge their strengths.
Enjoy the game with us!
