		Although Spartak scored the late goal, it was after the horn was sounded so the final score is 3:2 Spartak! The first Muscovian derby goes to Spartak with rock-solid defence and fine offensive display. CSKA will have to work in numerous fields of their game, and the question arises whether Rastislav Stana will get another chance between the pipes.

		The second period is over, clearly better and improved from the first one, more open and with more opportunites on both sides. Spartak turns it around with Kozlov and Volkov scoring while Alexander Radulov was well covered and couldn't get many shooting opportunites. The final period will be utterly interesting and exciting, let's see if CSKA can bounce back.

		Due to league newcomers Medvescak Zagreb and Admiral Vladivostok, CSKA transferred from division Tarasov to Bobrov Divison. The guests today won twice in the last three matches despite having to rebound from a tough loss in Zagreb in the opening match, 7:1.
		Today's KHL program offers attractive Muscovian derby between Spartak and CSKA. Last season CSKA had a better season, collecting 96 points and winning the Tarasov division, while defeating Lev Prague in the first round of the playoffs 4-0. In the quarterfinals, they were beaten by later champs, Dynamo Moscow. Spartak would rather forget the last season, finishing fourth-worst in the competition with 52 points out of the same number of games.
