		A fantastic defensive period by Lev, as they physically ground down this Dinamo team, who really couldn't get anything going offensively that period despite several power plays. Dinamo was 0/6 in the game and Lev just 0/1, but the Lev penalty killing was fantastic. Shots on goal in the 3rd period (and game): Dinamo 12 (30), Lev 4 (22). (20:15:11)

		Dinamo Minsk hosts Lev Praha in this early-season Western Conference battle. Last season, the two teams split their two meetings, with each team winning on the road: Lev 4-0 early in Minsk and Dinamo 2-1 in Prague late. In the end, Lev finished 7th in the conference and were swept in the first round by CSKA Moscow, while Dinamo finished 10th and missed the playoffs. These two teams met in the pre-season, with Lev winning 4-2 in Riga. So far in the regular season, both teams have 4 points, but Dinamo has played three games and Lev only two.
