Salavat Yulaev is doing great for now and they sit on 4th position on Eastern Conference standings, thaat's good enough for 7th in the league overall. Their last two games are wins (vs. Lev in Prague and vs. Lokomotiv in Ufa) and they are obviously in good form. Dmitry Makarov is at the moment their most successful point gatherer with zero goals, but 14 assists next to his name.
    Severstal is on 9th place on West and that's good enough for 16th overall. They have beaten Neftekhimik on the road two days ago and Mewtallurg NK two days earlier on home game; sure their form is also on the rise.
