ANTON GLINKIN scores twice in the shootout and wins the match for Traktor!

After both teams had three shooters the hosts will have the right to shoot first and Anton Glinkin scores again – this time by deking out Stepanek to the right!

Anton Glinkin had to score and he did by firing the puck into the left corner from short distance!

Linus Videll starts the shootout for Severstal and dekes out Garnett to the right to make it 1-0 for the guests!

    51:46

    40:32
    Goal for Severstal!

It looks like the guest head coach has found the right words in the dressing room. Severstal started very aggressively into the last 20 minutes and were rewarded with the early equalizer for the 2-2 in their very first attack! One of several rebounds came to NIKOLAI BUSHUYEV who fired the puck into the net from short distance for his second goal of the afternoon!

Assisted by Linus Videll and Anatoly Nikontsev.

    32:38
Traktor's players don't think too much about the chance gone. Instead they continue with dangerous attacks! After a perfectly timed pass towards the Severstal blue line Evgeny Kuznetsov had a break away but in the 1-on-1 situation with Stepanek he failed to deke out the goalie to the left!

    31:57
Stanislav Chistov had deked out the complete guest defense and tried it with a back hander from just left to the net which hit the right goal post and then the puck went towards the net – apparently Severstal goalie Stepanek stopped the puck exactly on the goal line before it could cross it! The referees decide to give NO goal!

Big opportunity for the home side. It isn't really clear if the puck entered the net or not and the referees use the video review!

    30:49

Andrei Popov has the first big opportunity of the game! The Traktor forward received the puck deep inside the guest third and suddenly appeared alone in front of Stepanek after skating from the right circle but his shot from short distance was stopped by the guest goalie!
