    Final word -
CSKA proved as favorites. Not that they seriously impressed, but this current Amur side is too weak to cause any serious trouble for team like CSKA. Army Team kept their sheets clean and that's probably the greatest achievement of the game for home team. Amur despite their money problems has to improve on many aspects in future.

CSKA sure disappointed their fans in recent 2014 games. They have completed their team with some new names and better performances are expected from famous Army Team. They sit on 6th position on Western Conference standings. Particularly their defense is not as what fans expect – they allowed opponents to score 104 goals against them so far in the season in 44 games played. Scoring 108 themselves sure leaves plenty of space for improvements. Amursits on 13th place on East. They have allowed opponents to score even more goals (141), and were somewhat unsuccessful on the other side – scoring 90 goals means the ylack from scoring abilities. Home team sure qualifys as favorites to the game, but one can never be sure in KHL – great hockey is expected to be seen at CSKA Ice Palace.
