    It's Russia's day with a 1-0 victory after penalty shots against Slovakia! We may not have seen a goal in normal time but the action was more than enthralling, with Slovakia having Jan Laco to thank for taking the game all the way to penalty shots. In the shoot out Russia were stronger where Alexander Radulov and Ilya Kovalchuk found the net, and Semyon Varlamov kept the Slovaks out.
