		An unfortunate game for Unterluggauer who plays the role of the goat. His poor shot selection led to the nail in the coffin for Austria's Olympic chances and a poor defensive effort earlier makes him partially responsible for Slovenia's shorthanded goal.
	57:02	Goal for Team Slovenia! Scorer is MURSAK. Mursak blocks Unterluggauer's shot and gets the feed from David Rodman as he flies up ice. Unterluggauer tries to stop the shot, but Mursak muscles his way to the net and places the puck in the goal.

	51:12	Mario Altmann called for tripping. Slovenia will need a stronger power play this time to keep Austria out of this game.
	50:00	Slovenia appears to have ran out of steam. Austria is really beating them up in their own end and Kristan is the only answer to this awoken Austrian side.
	48:30	A nasty play there by Raffl. He misses a shot from a good pass by Vanek and he follows by giving a good push of his stick on Kristan's head propelling him out of the goal. No call there, but it looked pretty bad.
	46:30	Vanek draped by Kranjc as he receives a pass in front of the Slovenian defense. He makes a good move despite being hassled, but cannot life the puck of Kristan's pad.

	45:00	Austria maybe were able to get some extra help in the intermission from the local Red Bull company. They look re-energized this period and are getting some good looks on Slovenia.
	42:52	Urbas gets a nice feed from behind the net and he gets two good swipes at the puck. Lange gets his right pad over and stops them both before he covers.
		Raffl skated off on his own, but was holding his neck/shoulder area. Not sure of his condition.
		Austria is back at full strength.
	41:45	Austria with a good shorthanded try of their own in transition.
	41:20	Thomas Raffl goes down after taking an incidental shoulder to his face going after a loose puck. Slovenia has a chance to score, but the refs blow the whistle for the injury.
		Grabner out on the penalty kill trying to get Austria a shorthanded chance of their own.

		Both teams at center ice and the third period is about to begin.
		Austria just picked up their fourth penalty and Slovenia has three. We will get back to the action on the Slovenian man advantage after this intermission.
		Shots go ten a piece for each team that period, though until the end Austria's chances were barely noticed. Slovenia has the edge 25-20 on the game.

	39:35	Nodl gets a nice feed cycling in front of Kristan and he gets his stick on it, but forces it right into the keeper's chest. Austria pushing hard here at the end of the second.
	38:48	A loose puck gets poked hard into Kristan and another sprawling save by the netminder. Austria almost on the board.
	38:00	Austria keeping Slovenia from setting up in their zone now...it is a start to get back on track.
	36:30	Podlipnik nearly gets a deflection, but cannot get his stick on it. He regroups though not in time as Lange covers.
	36:00	Slovenia really gained confidence after playing well most of this tournament. Austria really looks outmatched.

	33:30	Fearless of a shorthanded transition, Slovenia squeezing a defender in deep on the power play. It gives Mursak an open chance from the wing, but Lange gloves the short side attempt.
	32:21	Latusa is called for a slash trying to stop the Slovenian onslaught. Opportunity number three for the blue shirts.
	32:20	Slovenia getting a great chance, but trying to be a bit too fancy in front of the net. A lot of passing back and forth allows Lange and the defense to regroup. Nearly a stunning fourth goal in that exchange.
	31:00	Kristan being tested here by the Austrian offense, but he is holding down the fort. A little sloppy on his sprawls, but effective.

	28:30	Vanek misses a bouncing rebound right near Kristan's skate. Almost put Austria on the board.
		Austria's power play is most effective with Grabner playing in front of the net or in Kristan's pocket. This happened in the first power play, but no Grabner on the second. He is back on the ice for the first shift of this opportunity.
	27:00	Pretnar for Slovenia was called for tripping before the commercial and Austria has the man advantage opportunity to get back into this game.

	26:00	Austria finally getting a good scoring chance on a cross ice pass. Kristan is playing well so far and holding on to this shutout.
	23:21	Goal for Team Slovenia! Scorer is KOVACEVIC. David Rodman is playing in the corner and catches Kovacevic flying in between the circles. He let's a rocket of a one-timer go and Lukas half ducks the blazing puck, half tried for the glove save. Slovenia has taken control of this game.
	23:00	Nothing special on shots for Slovenia, but they are really spenging a lot of time in Austria's end.
	21:30	Austria with the best exchange in the early going, but neither side with much to start the second period.

		We are about to get back underway as both teams have taken the ice.
		Each team had two power plays apiece. Slovenia scored on their first power play and took control of Austria's second to earn a shorthanded goal.
		A game that started with Austria being really physical has become a game where they unraveled. Shots were 15-10 for Slovenia after being even early in the period.

	09:10	Grabner almost gets his sixth goal of the tournament on a nice cross ice feed. Kristan sprawls and throws his stick. The puck stayed out of the net.

	08:30	Austria has gotten away from their physical game and look a little desperate to score. Grabner taking duties in front of Kristian on that last shift.

		A lot of credit to Ticar there who had an attempt or two of his own before setting up Kopitar.
	05:29	Goal for Team Slovenia! Scorer is KOPITAR. A nice power play for Slovenia with several attempts to score. Eventually Kopitar gets a pass from Ticar between the circles and picks his spot. He goes between the legs and Lang cannot quite squeeze in the puck as it trickles across the goal line.

	03:30	Both teams are playing fast. Neither have been able to get into the other sides offensive zone for a meaningful shift over the past minute.

		Austria also had three points, but their win came against the tournament's worst seed in Norway.
		Slovenia won one of three games, against Slovakia, to get the eighth seed in Group A. They were able to keep their goal differential to -5 despite playing the US and Russia,
