    Finland have upset the hosts with claiming a 3-1 victory and with that they move on into the semi finals! Russia despite scoring first through Ilya Kovalchuk played a really poor match and were undone after Finland scored three unanswered goals from Juhamatti Aaltonen, Teemu Selanne and Mikael Granlund.
