    Final word -
    Nizhny Novgorod team was in big chance to gain 3-1 lead in this series on home ice. They were in fact predominant in every game stats possible except goals. Opening period did not impress. Home team took the lead in second, but allowed three goals to Salavat in final four minutes of period. Last period was a hunt for second and possible third goal, but Ufa players defended well. Ray of hope shone for Torpedo 2:10 before final buzzer, but they allowed guests to score emty-netter and that did it for the night.
