Metallurg's top offense line restores the lead for them! Sergei Mozyakin received a pass inside the neutral zone, left the last defender behind himself and tried it with a cross-pass from just in front of guest goalie Ivannikov which was blocked by Admiral's Felix Schütz but the rebound came to JAN KOVAR who fired the puck into the wide open net with a one-timer from within the slot!

Hectic situation in front of the Metallurg net and after Koshechkin stopped several scoring attempts a rebound came to ALEXEI UGAROV who tied this match from short distance for the 2-2 in power play!

The guests started with a power play into the middle period due to the penalty at the end of the first period against Metallurg's Vladimir Malenkikh and in power play they cut the deficit to the half! After a pass by Ilya Zubov from within the slot towards the right post of the Metallurg net it was IGOR BORTNIKOV whose cross-pass in front of the goalie crease was deflected into the back of the net by the skates of Metallurg defender Yaroslav Khabarov!

Metallurg's top offense line is successful again! They were not only dominating their opponents throughout the regular season but also in this playoff series against Admiral! Sergei Mozyakin waited long on the left wing, passed the puck in the exact right time into the slot and JAN KOVAR had a break away which he finished with a shot into the right corner past the chanceless Ivannikov! 2-0 for Metallurg who are on an excellent way to qualify for the next round!
