		Latvia is a big outsider in today´s game, because Slovenia wants to back to the Top Division for the next year. Slovenia in Dresden last year went down after they lost against Finland 8:3 in the match about save in elite Division.
		Team Latvia won a qualification group in Passau, Germany in August 2013 and replaced Bulgaria in this tournament. In this year Latvia is playing at the IIHF Inline Hockey World Championship for the first time after winning the European qualification event. They beat FYR Macedonia huge 35:1 and Ireland with result 13:0.
