		The final buzzer has now sounded, and in a seriously nervy and enthralling match SKA Saint Petersburg have got the better of Atlant Mytishchi 5:4 for a record breaking ninth win in a row! They had to really work for the three points today, and were left clinging on at the end. Artemiy Panarin with a double, Alexey Ponikarovskiy, Roman Cervenka and Tony Martensson all got on the board for SKA, whereas Artyom Chernov, Artyom Voronin, Andreas Enqgivst and Nikita Soshnikov replied for the visitors. 	54:45	Artemiy Panarin falling off the left faceoff boards devilishly whips the puck into the slot, but Evgeniy Dadonov can't get a decisive touch on it! SKA want to finish the game here and now!
	53:24	Anton Burdasov throws the puck across the goal line from a tight angle on the left, and the puck is seriously close to going in! Atte Engren got lucky there!
	52:27	Panarin! Artemiy Panarin is open on the doorstep, but with the goaltender down he smacks the base of the left hand post! And on the rebound he still can't get the better of Atte Engren, that looked sure to go in!

		Last term SKA made the Western Conference semi finals, whereas Atlant didn't compete in the post season and they will be looking to improve on that this time around.
		The KHL season has begun with a real bang, and SKA have been simply unstoppable. The Saint Petersburg outfit have set a new KHL record by winning their first eight games on the bounce, and it's hard to look past them today. Atlant have been really struggling lately with just one win in five, and having lost their past two.
