"We were a bit more “there” today and worked a bit harder, but if you look at the whole series it’s two really good and competent teams that face each other here. I think that HIFK is a high-skilled team and they showed us why they have the highest shot efficiency in the league when they took advantage of their scoring chances. The series were super tight and they (HIFK) were hanging in there all game long today, so a huge cred to them. They played really good."

On home ice they just have one loss in the last seven games, though, and they are definitely a great team on home ice.
Frölunda are the second best team in the Swedish Hockey League right now with 52 points in 28 games. Together with Skellefteå they have the lowest amount of goals agains (55 goals) and they have a total goal difference of +17 (72-55), which is the second best.
HIFK are in a good streak with 8 wins on the last 10 games. On the road they have just won one of the five last games though and that could be a problem.
In the Finnish Liiga, HIFK are in a hold of the 4th spot with 47 points in 26 games. Just one team has scored more than HIFK (87 goals for) and just two teams have a lower goals-against-amount (64).
Frölunda Gothenburg are as well undefeated on home ice so far in the CHL. Four wins on four games and a total goal difference of +13 (22-9). Interesting for this upcoming game though is that the game will be held in Frölundaborg which is the second home arena and mostly used for practice, exhibition games and the head base for their junior teams. The reason is that the Floorball World Championships is held in Scandinavium right now.
My name is Efraim Larsson and I'll guide you through this game; before, during and after. Enjoy and let's go!
