    Hi, and welcome to this Live Report of the Semi Final Game 2 between Finnish Kärpät Oulu and Swedish Frölunda Gothenburg.

    The first game were a great one with a lot of speed and two great teams that really wanted to win. Frölunda won the game with 4-2 and have a good advantage coming in to the second game here.
     
    Kärpät is a really solid team this season with 36 wins on 51 games this season (9 of 11 in CHL and 27 of 40 in the Finnish Liiga).
    In the last 14 games Kärpät have 12 wins and they lead the Liiga with 79 points on 40 games played.

    On home ice Kärpät has nine straight wins and 14 wins on the last 15 games. On their 24 games on home ice this season they have 20 wins and just one loss after regulation.
     
    Frölunda have had a great season but have had a tough time lately. Coming into the first game against Kärpät, they had just three wins on the last 13 games. With the first game against Kärpät included, Frölunda have three straight wins before tonight's game.

    If the game is tied and the game goes to overtime, Frölunda will be hosting the final whether Luleå or Skellefteå decides the game in OT/SO.

    If Skellefteå wins it in regulation, Frölunda hosts the Final.
