Zürich already started on Thursday against Grenoble with a hard fought 5-4 victory.

13 seconds two men advantage for the Eisbären.
The Eisbären have a two men advantage for the next 35 seconds.
So far they were not able to profit from their 4 minute powerplay. Just one big chance by Petr Pohl.
On the other side the Eisbären already with 6 shots on target.
Zürich scores the first goal of the game! After a beautiful solo by Malgin the puck gets directly in front of Vehanen where ROMAN WICK is able to score. Assisted by: Denis Malgin.
Next big chance for them but Vehanen is able to block the shot by Chris Baltisberger.
Fast one-two punch by Zürich! JONAS SIEGENTHALER scores just 1 1/2 minutes after the first goal again.
The Eisbären visibly shocked, were not able to get into the offensive in the following two minutes, which resulted in the second goal by the Lions!
First by Rankel, over the right side, flat shot stopped by Flueler and Mulock was not able to score after getting the rebound.
Second chance by Hoerdler with a slapshot from the second blue line, which was deflected by Mulock but did not find the back of the net.
Cross ice pass by Wick and one-timer by Bergeron and AGAIN a big desperation safe by Vehanen!
ROMAN WICK comes over the left side of the ice, tries to pull into the middle and loses the puck, which is deflected and goes uncontrolled into the back of the net. Zürich Lions up by three. Assisted by: Ryan Keller, Severin Blindenbacher.

After a nice pass by Mulock Talbot is not able to score from about 5 meters distance.

The equalizer for the Eisbären! After being down 3 to nothing, we start back up from zero. From behind the goal Olver sees MICKI DUPONT who is able to score from the right side of the goal from short distance. Assisted by: Darin Olver, Marcel Noebels. 3-3
Olver wins the puck behind the net, puts it in front but Tallackson is not able to score from close range.
A series of good chances after winning the puck after a nice check by Petr Pohl.
The chances are missed though by Machacek, Pohl and Hoerdler.
The Lions are back up again! Right after a great series of chances for the Eisbären to gain the lead the first time in the game Zürich scores their 4th goal. CHRIS BALTISBERGER deflects a shot by Nilsson after which the puck ends up in the back of the net. Assisted by: Robert Nilsson.
Lions are again defending the powerplay of the Eisbären very well.
Busch sets Pohl up for the one-timer, which is unbevlieably held by Flueler.

The Lions are back up three! In the course of 4 minutes, Zürich scores three goals and puts this game behind them. Trachsler comes from the left side of the ice plays a great pass across the crease and finds PATRIK BAERTSCHI all alone, who has the empty net before him to shoot in. Vehanen with no chance. Lions fans on the other hand are celebrating their team. And right now they are the only audible group in the arena.
