We are less than 15 minutes from puck drop in Löfbergs Arena. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to get our hands upon the line-ups of tonights game so you'll have to accept that fact at the moment.

We will try to get them for you in the first intermission though, so stay patient.

Welcome to the live blog for the game between Färjestad BK (FBK) and Dynamo Pardubice (PCE) in Karlstad, Sweden. These two teams played each other a few days ago in Pardubice and after a thrilling last period, in which four goals were scored, the visitors from Karlstad came off with a 3-2 victory.

So far, FBK has played three out of four games in the group stage and PCE has played two. However, PCE hasn't been able to collect any points through their two home games. They've lost both with 2-3 and giving up late goals in both of them. FBK on the other hand, who lost their first game to HC Davos with 0-4, has stepped up and won their following two games, collecting a total of five points.

One point to FBK in this game will settle the top duo of group E, leaving PCE outside in the cold already before their final game. Those facts make this game the most important so far in this group. PCE are playing for survival and need all three points to stay alive. FBK could grab their spot in the playoffs with just one point but will probably not be satisfied with the second place in the group and will fight for all three points to still have a shot at the top of the ranks.

The Cramo Top Scorers are Mikael Johansson (FBK) and Radoslav Tybor (PCE).

We're up for an exciting contest!

    Enjoy!
