Welcome to 1/8-final: Skelleftea AIK vs Eisbaren Berlin at Wellblechpalast Berlin. The structure's roof of this traditional hockey arena is made up of corrugated iron sheets ("Wellblech" in German). It's normally the training rink of the Eisbären. They played their home games here until 2008.
Todays guests from Skelleftea is rocognized as one of Europe's top clubs. They only lost one point during this years group stage. They lost the first away game in the round of 32, but rallied at home ice to defeat HC Kosice and avoided a big disappointment.
