		Hello everybody, I am happy to welcome the fans of European hockey. One of the Champions Hockey League games you can follow today is a Czechoslovak derby as part of group J between HK Nitra and HC Pilsen. Both teams have played one match in the tournament so far.

		HK Nitra are looking forward to their first home match of the CHL season. The Slovaks lost the opening game of the group to Norwegian Stavanger Oilers 2–1 so they will definitely do as much as they can to get some points against their Czech opponent.
		HC Pilsen have also played Stavanger Oilers but unlike the Slovaks, they won 3–0. Getting two victories out of two away games is an attractive idea so there is no doubt that the Czechs will try hard to beat Nitra.

	03:25	Macik tried it with a wrist shot between the goalie's legs. Machovsky made a quick pad save and stopped the game.

	05:38	The visitors aren't able to get the puck out of their zone.
	06:20	Konig's slap shot from the blue line was hard, but Machovsky managed to stop it.

	08:23	Another opportunity for Nitra, but the home players must start from their own zone as Pilsen got the puck away.
	08:40	Koreis in a huge scoring chance! The Czech forward stole the puck and went against Valent. The home team goalie went down on the ice and made a big pad save.

	10:50	Another good save made by Valenta. These moments are really important for Nitra.

	11:44	Goal for Nitra! Breakaway goal for the Slovaks! Marek Slovak made a great job at the blue line. He pulled down two defenders and passed the puck to JUDD BLACKWATER. The home team forward scored on a backhand shot. Assisted by: Marek Slovak.
	12:02	Pulpan tried it with a hard shot, but missed the net.
	14:20	The game is stopped as the visiting team is called for an offside.
	15:46	Paukovcek tried it through the right side but couldn't get into a scoring chance. Good job made by the Czech defenders.

	17:59	Laliberte in a good chance but Machovsky helped his teammates.
	18:35	Valent on the other side made two good saves on Kubalik.

		The first twenty minutes are over. Both teams had some scoring chances but just Judd Blackwater from Nitra managed to get the puck into the net. The home team is in the lead 1–0 thanks to him.
	20:01	Start of 2nd period.
	20:22	Machovsky skated out of the crease to play the puck.
	21:15	Nitra got the puck into the zone, but lost it very quickly.
	21:32	Goal for Pilsen! Nice play by ONDREJ KRATENA. The captain of the visitors skated past one of the defenders and scored over Valent's shoulder. The score is now tied 1–1. Assisted by: Nick Johnson.

	23:15	Pulpan missed the net.
	24:35	Penalty for HK Nitra (Laliberte – 2 min., hooking).
	25:09	Pilsen in the attacking zone trying to make up a scoring chance.

	27:08	Machovsky had a lot of work within the last seconds but he stopped all of the shots.
	28:55	The Slovaks are called for offside. Face-off in the neutral zone.
	29:20	Czech defenders with the puck. After scoring the second goal of the game nobody wants to do a mistake.
	30:56	Some work for Machovsky as the home team players got into the attacking zone and started a quick combination.
	31:25	Preisinger in an interesting position but Valent went down on the ice and stopped his try. The game is stopped.
	32:28	One of the visiting defenders made a big mistake behind his goal and lost the puck. Machovsky had to make a big save on a Nitra forward in front of him!
	33:37	Penalty for HK Nitra (Mezei – 2 min., tripping).
	34:20	Pilsen started their power play well but Nitra got the puck out of the zone in the end.
	35:10	And the Czech must start from behind their goal again. Good defensive job by the home team.
	35:37	Mezei is back and Nitra is playing with five skaters on the ice again.
	36:37	Valent covered the puck and stopped the game. Face-off in front of his goal.
	36:59	Machovsky on the other side of the rink made a quick move and stopped a hard try from one of the home team forwards.
	37:56	Nitra lost the puck in the neutral zone so the visitors can skate towards the net and be dangerous.
	38:30	Kracik got a pass into a good position between the face-off circles. Valent stopped his dangerous shot by the blocking pad or maybe even by the stick.

	39:53	Pilsen is called for icing. One more face-off in front of Machovsky.

		The score is tied 1–1 after forty minutes of the game. The Pilsen captain Ondrej Kratena scored after a nice individual play early in the second and equalized. With twenty minutes remaining we can't say which of the teams is closer to the victory. We can expect a dramatic third period.

	40:10	The puck went out of the rink. Face-off in the neutral zone.
	40:44	The Czechs are pushing their opponent hardly early in the third period.
	41:31	Valent must pay attention as there is a face-off in front of his goal coming.
	42:05	Kubka with the puck. The Pilsen defender is looking for a teammate for a pass.
	42:59	Also Machovsky must be careful and watch the game.
	43:27	Easy stop for Machovsky after a shot from the blue line. The Czech goalie covered the puck and stopped the game.
	44:01	Face-off in the neutral zone.
	44:33	One of the home team forwards got a lot of space on the left side. Machovsky made a shoulder save.
	45:55	Nitra in the attacking zone but the Slovaks can't get over the visiting defenders.

	47:10	Laliberte's try went into the middle of the goal. No problem for Machovsky.

		The match is over. Jameson Milam scored the winning goal of the game in the third period and helped Nitra to get their first three points in the tournament.
