    Just 15 seconds into the 3rd period the Italians have managed to do something they couldn't yesterday vs Great Britain -- score a goal. They went right down the floor and attacked the net, Sugiyama went down and ALICIA FURLETTI-BLOMBERG flipped the ball over her.

    Italy gave Canada quite a battle and got great goaltending from Nicole Paniccia, but ultimately the Canadian firepower was too much and they won 4-1, which sets up a game for first place between Canada and the Czech Republic tomorrow.
