In short statements after the game Tom Pokel, coach of the Vienna Capitals was happy for the team effort and the character, seeing a deserved win, with good powerplay. They were ready in the decisive moments. Especially with missing a key player like Benoit Gratton and losing Hugh Jessiman after ten minutes he saw a good reaction after the bad loss in the last sunday league game.
Jamie Fraser, author of a hattrick, admitted smilingly that the third goal was a deflection from Foucault.
Roman Wick and the Sportsmanager from Zurich didnt see the Lions underestimating Vienna and also defined the good powerplay of the Capitals a key factor for a acknowledged win for the Capitals. (22:46:28)
