    Have a great evening! (23:08:38)

The game will surely look like this third period: very quick and strong teams who want to win!

Don't miss the game next week in Finland!

Thank you for following the game with us tonight!

Pekka Tirkkonen (Head coach for SaiPa Lappeenranta):
"It was a close game. We sticked to our game plan, but lost patience in the second period, which gave Geneva the chances to score goals. For me, we created enough scoring chances, but we should have scored at least once! There are two goals difference tonight. We still have a chance to win this 1/8 finals."

After a few hard games in the Swiss NLA, geneva proved once again that they believe in the CHL and want to move forward in this competition.

Next week in Finland promises to be hot! SaiPa will try their best to win. Geneva will fight as well!

Two goals scored by the same player pushed Geneva towards this victory tonight!

    The best players today were:

    David Spina for SaiPa,
    Kevin Romy for GSHC.

Until now, Geneva has not lost any home game in the CHL. The third period was very hard for Geneva. SaiPa attacked a lot. But the Genevans used their heart and were able to sacrify for their team by jumping on the ice.

Amazing atmosphere in the ice rink! Geneva wins the game!

    59:48
Dangerous action by SaiPa when Geneva is complete again. But Mayer can block the puck on the ice.

    59:15
SaiPa is very dangerous, but Geneva manages to throw the puck away. The players are ready to jump on the ice to save their team!

    58:26
Les Irreductibles Grenats ask the whole ice rink to stand up to help their team. Geneva is fighting with their heart!

    58:09
Back on SaiPa side for icing.

    57:53
Charge against Geneva, but the referees don't whistle it and the fans are booing very loudly.
