Thank you for following the game with us ! (21:54:27)

Málaga was the deserved winner of the game of two Spanish teams that already reached the next round of the Champions League. The Andalusians created many, many chances while Valencia was more than harmless during the whole 90 minutes. After the first half the guests were lucky to be down only with one goal, but in the second half Málaga was more effective and made it a heavy package for the team of Mauricio Pellegrino that once more disappointed away of Mestalla.

    Game over.

    90+2
    Goal for Málaga!

Valencia defense is already sleeping. No one is there to stop ISCO who adds another one for the hosts from a central position. The poor Diego Alves who was by far the best man from Valencia, again is chanceless.

    90
Three minutes of additional time are added.

    90
Diego Buonanotte enters the game for Jérémy Toulalan.

    88
Valencia tries to avoid further harm and they even have two corners.

    84
Seba Fernández is in for the last minutes. Goal scorer Saviola gets standing ovations by the home fans.

    83
Adil Rami gets the second yellow card and leaves his team with ten men.

    81
    Goal for Málaga!

A nice combination in the area by Isco and Gámez. The Valencia defense does a terrible job and ROQUE SANTA CRUZ can finish the ball from just 10 metres. He was only in for three minutes.

    78
Dani Parejo in for Tino Costa on the other side. Pellegrino now has used all three possibilities for changes.

    78
Roque Santa Cruz enters for Joaquín who was one of, if not, the best player of Málaga this evening.

    77
Joaquín against two defenders, can put the ball past them but Diego Alves anticipates the situation well.

    76
Distance shot by Valencia. No danger.

    74
    Goal for Málaga!

JAVIER SAVIOLA crowns an excellent performance with a shot into the left bottom corner. Tino Costa deflects the ball, so that Alves has no chance to get it.

    73
Adil Rami trips Saviola up. He would have been through.

    72
Isco with a weak free kick into the wall.

    71
Heavy foul from behind by Tino Costa just before the own penalty area. Very dangerous shooting position.

    70
Counter attack by Málaga. Joaquín with a nice shot from the right corner of the penalty box but misses the net.

    69
Piatti enters the match for the today not very strong Andrés Guardado.
