Valencia defense is already sleeping. No one is there to stop ISCO who adds another one for the hosts from a central position. The poor Diego Alves who was by far the best man from Valencia, again is chanceless.
A nice combination in the area by Isco and Gámez. The Valencia defense does a terrible job and ROQUE SANTA CRUZ can finish the ball from just 10 metres. He was only in for three minutes.
JAVIER SAVIOLA crowns an excellent performance with a shot into the left bottom corner. Tino Costa deflects the ball, so that Alves has no chance to get it.
After a nice cross FRANCISCO PORTILLO receives the ball at the penalty point and curls the ball into the right top corner.

Málaga had a nice start, being on the third spot after 8 matches, just five points behind league leaders Barcelona but since then only two points in four games - including two consecutive home losses against the lower positioned squads of Rayo Vallecano and Real Sociedad - let them go down to the fifth spot. On the other side Valencia is the 8th in the table and lost only two points at home in the second matchday against Deportivo La Coruna but they have a disastrous away record so far with two draws and four losses - and even worse they lost all these games without scoring a single goal.
In recent years Valencia was always able to get good results back with them from Málaga but the last game there was lost 0-1. The hosts from Andalucia are the favourites but we can expect a close game.
