    SKA defeated Yugra on away ice with 3-2. Their hero is Mikhail Varnakov who scored the GWG 5 minutes before the end of the game. Yugra lost not only this game but probably also the opportunity to make the playoffs. There are two more agmes to play and they are 4 points behind Neftekhimik who today plays against Salavat Yulaev. If they win they will secure their place in the playoffs.

    This is first match for both teams after the international break. It is more important for host Yugra because they are in battle for play-offs. They are currently four points behind Neftekhimik on 8th place so they need a victory in this match in order to continue their battle.
